Subject: A complaint letter for poor customer service at the hotel
We inform you that we are extremely disappointed with the service you provided us when we visited the Garden Inn hotel on September 20 of this year.
To celebrate our wedding anniversary, we thought of visiting the city of Bogota and its surroundings. I stayed in room No.28 from September 20th to September 25th.
During my stay I have been served terrible food. It was September, despite the winter, the hotel had no heaters. We enjoy the same temperature inside the house as outside. All the furniture and appliances inside the house were primitive. I complained about this to the manager, but it didn't get better until check out.
I want to encourage you to improve your customer service as I don't want anyone to ruin their vacation by staying here. After listening to one of my friends, I had a positive impression of your hotel, but now it is totally ruined. I can only assume how disastrous it can be in the case of others. I just hope this issue is resolved before my next stay.
